1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Insightify website, platform, applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as any additional policies referenced herein. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Insightify provides software-based tools and services designed to deliver data insights, analytics, visualizations, and related functionality. The specific features and capabilities of the Services may change over time as we improve or modify our offerings. We reserve the right to add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially reduce paid Services during an active subscription period.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Insightify is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain aspects of the Services may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Insightify or its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Services in a manner that could impair functionality, security, or availability. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, reverse engineering, scraping, distributing malware, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Services to infringe upon the rights of others. Insightify reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Insightify. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights but provide a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. Any unauthorized use of Insightify’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit, upload, or generate through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Insightify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, use, and display such content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
9. Termination
Insightify may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account cancellation process. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insightify disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insightify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall Insightify’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Insightify in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law rules or principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
